Everything was very professional.

The doctor was fabulous! However, the number of texts, emails, and updates I received leading up to the appointment were ridiculous. I received 4 texts the hour before my video call to remind me I had a video call. That doesn't even include the several I received earlier in the week. It's way too many!

The genetic counselor was extremely thorough. She was very helpful. She took the time to clarify and educate, and I appreciate her work.

Genetics/ Hereditary testing is a complicated subject for the lay-man, and we all learn and take information in different ways. Personally I like graphic images to assist the conversation. So I would recommend some basic graphics be made available for printing and we can make notes on.
