My overall visit went well. The only reason why I said the doctor was not familiar with my medical history is because I was a new patient to him. So, but my overall experience, I would give it a five star. So, thank you so much.

As I always said, I made an appointment with a physician and I hope that specific physician will be in charge of my visit, it is really disrepectful to send someone else whitout the opportunity to ask a pacient say yes or no to be treated by someone else, the person who atended me was caring and I hope that to be caring should habe been trained BUT my appointment was not with her, front desk people is horrible, there is only one person that makes a whole diference, is the lady that faces the left side of the glass door, the one that you are called to sign the consent forms, long black hair, she is the only one that has a great personality and I would say is caring for pacients and provides a great customer service.

The doctor and all the staff made me feel really comfortable and explained everything where it made sense and treatment for everything. I'm very happy with how everything went during the visit. Thank you very much.

Almost perfect service, the exception was the receptionist that did not listen and she looked like she hated her job.

Well, to me it was very good. Honestly, I loved the care they provided me and they explained everything good and I don't have words. They explained things well and I received good care and they did things well. Keep it up.

I appreciate This facility being patient even though I was a little late. In addition, I am very happy that they were nearby and easy to get to all staff was very attentive and nice.

Dr. Rodriguez-Echevarria is actually the only male physician that I have. When I saw him a little over [...] year ago, that first consultation just made everything so at ease for me. I felt very comfortable around him. I still do. He takes his time to listen to my concerns or questions that I might have, always extremely attentive, never makes me feel like, oh, maybe I asked a stupid question. No. He's very kind, has an excellent bedside manner, easy to get a hold of when needed. I definitely recommend him, and I will continue to recommend him. You have an excellent physician in your facilities.

This was the best experience I ever had with a gynecologist. All the people and the staff were absolutely nice and very informative. And the doctor explained, he's very explainable about everything and he's the best professional I ever met.
