Dr. Roper is amazing and my daughter who was going through a traumatic experience loved his manner and personal care.

From the moment we walked in till our visit with Dr. Roper everyone was extremely wonderful. The only inconvenience was the wait time, but I understood once I saw how wonderful Dr. Roper was with his patient and parents and the care he provides.

Overall, I had a great experience. The doctor was wonderful, and I was pleased with the care we received. My only small complaint is that the wait time was nearly 40 minutes. Normally, this wouldn't be a big issue, but I have a 5-week-old, and I was instructed to put her in a clean diaper and remove her clothes because the doctor would be right in. Unfortunately, it ended up taking 35-40 minutes for him to come in, and keeping a naked newborn comfortable for that long was challenging. (We went through 3 dirty diapers during this wait lol) I wish I had been given a better estimate of the wait time so I could have kept her dressed and held her until the doctor arrived. Other than that, everything was great!

THANK YOU TO ALL THE MEDICAL STAFF AND GOD BLESS YOU!

Mar 14, 2025

Dr. Roper explained thoroughly the options I have for my daughter's treatment. I forgot to ask him a question and he called me back the same day to answer my questions.

They were exceptional!!! Everyone from the front desk staff, to the nurses, and the fantastic Dr. Roper!!!! I came in panicked without an appointment and they accommodated me even with a packed schedule. Everyone was extremely thorough and spent tons of time evaluating my son. Would highly recommend Dr. Roper to anyone with an orthopedic injury!!!!

Everything and everyone was great.

Feb 10, 2025

Although the Dr. Was great, we never received a call in the beginning when the the referral was given to this office so my son was in a splint for 2 weeks with a broken arm. We had to.go back to the urgent care in order for them to Reach out to us. Other than that is was great.

Feb 7, 2025

First time here and it was a great experience from the front desk to the nurses. Dr Roper was very helpful and great with my child. So glad we found him and his team.

Good to know the doctor and all the staff

Jan 31, 2025

Dr. Roper was AMAZING. He took time to explain and listen. I had a 9:30 appointment and did not get seen until 11:30. No one said what was taking so long. The staff seemed extremely annoyed with me asking any kind of question. I understand that the staff does this EVERYDAY, but as a patients parent, it is a BIG deal to me... and I just felt like I was annoying the staff by being there.

Jan 29, 2025

Absolutely love Dr. Roper and his team, hands down the best of the best!!

Jan 28, 2025

The office staff from the front desk to the PA and Dr. Roper himself were attentive, kind, honest, helpful, and communicative. 10/10 for sure!!!

Jan 24, 2025

Everything is excellent!!

Jan 15, 2025

We loved the doctor. But...we will not be back to this office. We will find another doctor's office to care for our daughter. If someone wants to contact me I can share with them the reasons. It is sad when you really like the doctor that is treating your child...but the staff is the reason you will not return. We had a TERRIBLE experience with them.

Jan 13, 2025

The kindness of the staff, from the first person who attended to us to the last. And especially in the lobby, the gentleman attended to us in Spanish.

Jan 8, 2025

The best over all

I want to let you know that the receptionist was rude. She has no customer service skills. She acted like she was being bothered every time I spoke to her. Also after talking to the doctor I realized that I forgot to ask him if I needed to give me son some medication. I asked the nurse if she could ask the doctor and she just told me just give him Tylenol of he needs it. She is not the doctor. She should have gone to ask him.

Jan 6, 2025

Dr. Roper is an amazingly kind, compassionate, and terrific doctor. I would recommend him to any parent who has a child with orthopedic needs. Thank you, Dr. Roper and staff.

Jan 6, 2025

Dr. Roper was very friendly, greeted everyone in the room and was gauging to not only the patient, my son, but as well as myself, my husband, and also the patient's brother, which was very nice. And he introduced who attended or accompanied him in the room. We appreciate even the front desk. They were very friendly and helpful.
