If I have any questions after leaving the office, I do not have any problems calling back. His staff is very helpful, very informative as well. It was a wonderful experience considering the sensitivity of the situation. Dr. Sass was professional, thorough and truly listened to my concerns. The experience was 200% better than a previous experience I had with a different hospital and urogynecologist. I felt much better about the outcome (same as previous) but the difference is I truly felt heard, Dr. Sass thoroughly explained the options and he treated me kindly. It was worth the hour drive. And the staff (nurses) were very friendly and Deborah was very kind as well. I would DEFINITELY and without a doubt recommend Dr. Sass. Thank you, thank you Dr. Sass.
