The team has always been great! Made this process a lot easier and less stressful than I expected on this journey.
It was much more professional than I am used to.
I love coming into the office. Everyone is so helpful. They are so knowledgeable of all of my medical needs and care about how they treat somebody and it's really different from other doctors and offices. Their side manner is amazing. I cannot talk enough about how great they are.
All went fine. Dr Snyder is the best.
UTH and MHMG systems have an issue where the patient can complete the e-check-in, but doesn't get an cost estimate or opportunity to pay early. This results in some pain points related to funds when a patient gets to the office. I use the e-check-in system to budget in the costs of visits to Kelsey-Seybold and Hou-Methodist so that we have the funds available at time of service to make payments. I would like to do the same with UTH & MHMG, but neither entity seems to offer this through MyChart e-Check-ins. We have to pay before we go see the doctor. This can be distressing when an unplanned amount of money is required before seeing the doc. I hope UTH can partner with MyChart to utilize all of MyChart's tools to benefit the patient.
Yes, I'd like to say that the personnel there were very nice. The office was very clean, and the doctor was very thorough, straight to the point, very quick, and professional. And I would definitely recommend my family. Thanks.
The receptionist and the nurse were extremely nice and the doctor seemed very hurried. They called me in the afternoon to move up my appointment and then on my way there before the time was up, they asked me if I was going to be able to make the appointment. Then we got there. We had discussions, but I asked him how long recovery would take. He said it depended on the extent. He gave me no time. He was very short. He looked, he just kind of looked at me like what? And he seemed very hurried. Then when he left, I had lots of questions. I was super overwhelmed, but he was gone. And then the nurse tried to help me. She was going to call me with any answers that I asked her questions to from him. And I never got a response from that either. She might have emailed my portal. Yeah, I felt very
Excellent service.
Receptionist was very cooperative ang and guided me Thru insurance process patiently. Dr. Seems to be very concerned with my issue and honest.
I love going to this clinic because they make you feel like family.
Overall great experience and great customer service.
Thank you for your care
I feel like the bloodwork experience was completely inefficient. I wasn't given the lab order until the end of my appointment and then had to go put myself on the waitlist at the lab to get the blood work done. And because that lab at the Cypress location allows people to make appointments to come in off the street that means those who are seeing a doctor and then getting an order for lab work are stuck in limbo because they couldn't make an appointment beforehand. I was fortunate in that I only had to wait about 45 minutes but I overhead the technician tell another person that those on the waitlist can wait sometimes 3 hours. This just seems like a complete waste of everyone's time and is incredibly frustrating.
They were very professional.
[...] It being my first time there as a new patient wasn't inviting. They didn't go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. The bedside manner was not impressive at all. [...]
Dr. Snyder did not respond to several messages on the website for two weeks. His nurse contacted me right away, but I never heard from Dr. Snyder until I just went ahead and made an appointment.
Great dr and staff! They always take care of me
The physician and his staff are a credit to Memorial Hermann!
Only problem was person in lab. I did not get her name but she was in room 3 and was very rude.
Dr Snyder and his staff were excellent and professional!!
Only issue I has was waited in room over 30 minutes. Other tan that it was great.
The provider was very professional and to the point.
Dr Snyder took time with my father and gave him an alternative to surgery. Very kind doctor.
Dr. Snyder care was great. Would recommen him highly. Hospital care lacked a lot. 3 days there and not able to get a shower. Asked many times. No sheets were changed in those 3 days.
Always nice and caring and willing to help!
Dr. Snyder and his staff are the best
