A excellent experience
Checking in was easy and customer service was very helpful with any questions I had. The physician was on time and was very nice and explained everything that I had questions about. I had a great experience.
Parking is a problem. I was not made aware of the complimentary valet parking.

I was disappointed that this was a phone call as I was expecting a video visit. I feel this compromised our communication.
Limited physical exam even for problem at hand, had no knowledge of or wish to learn about my related chronic illness, wrong test ordered, only wanted to tell me why her physician wouldn't treat me though I did not yet have a diagnosis, VM was full & couldn't reach to straighten out the incorrect test.
Everyone was great from the time the lady checked me in to the time I was checked out

The questions are for the provider. I didn't see the doctor. So, there are some questions that in my opinion are for the doctor and not the PA. She was polite, caring & asked me pertinent health questions though. I had a very pleasant visit. The staff is friendly.
I didn't have significant wait time and I was able to ask all of the questions that I needed to ask. The referral for imaging gave me options for location. These are things that matter to me.

Very friendly. Didn't know my medical history since it was my first visit.
Upon my final visit the Doctor was unavailable so the PA took his place, while I actually preferred the Doctor being there I guess the next thing seeing the PA was Ok. My feeling is the Doctors office should have contacted me to see if it was ok with me to see the PA upon my last visit or reschedule when the Doctor was available. Also there was one question I failed to ask when I was with the PA so so called back to the Doctors office to get the answer and it was a hassle to get this question answered.
Phenomenal experience throughout diagnosis, surgery, and follow-up appointments.
