Bertha Campos is very knowledgeable and made sure I had a through understanding regarding the questions I asked during my visit.
I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. My primary care physician was not available. That is why I saw Dr. Campos. She listened to me and prescribed the medication I needed to recover from laryngitis. She also told me to rest my voice for 2 or 3 days.
My appointment on March 4 was with Bertha Campos for a wellness exam. She reviewed my medical history and answer all of my questions and did not rush through the exam.
The service is very good and I have never had to wait for a long time. Everyone is very friendly. Thank you.

Keep up the good work with everything you just asked about! Great job by everyone I encountered. I have been coming to Drs Murphy and Goodine for 30-40 or so years already. I love their practice. And now I do have a current frustration. The only thing objectionable is having to fight through these endless online questionnaires every time before every visit. I can never make it all the way through the lot of them (there were five this last time), no matter how hard I try. I end up spending a very long time each time. Hours. Dealing with the questionnaires takes many, many more times as long as the entire visit itself. My biggest complaint of all about them is the wording telling us to do them. As I read it, there's a strong implication in the wording of the texts and emails, that if you don't get each of the questionnaires done completely, you don't get your appointment. Each time I go and haven't been able to finish every one of them, I've still been able to have my appointment anyway, and everybody has been nice about the unfinished questionnaires. But the anxiety returns the next time. Every "next time," I am always afraid the rules will have changed because your office is always getting more technically sophisticated and automated... and maybe next time "they really mean it." This may sound silly and you may easily write it off since it's coming from an old woman (I'm 76), and I know you need information, but old people are often not as swift-fingered filling out online things like these and can be easily intimidated/frightened by wording that sounds like demands to do it or else. Can you at least make it crystal clear in every way that people should just get as far as they can on the questionnaires, then the rest of the info you need can be completed at the time of the visit. That will reassure those who are anxious because they don't understand what you mean from the current wording.
All the staff is friendly and helpful. Bertha always takes time to listen to my concerns and is very patient with me. I would recommend Bertha to anyone.
