Ended up throwing away my urine sample because it was impossible to drop it off. The lady would not take it because she said I had to wait my turn?? Need to make it far easier to drop off samples without having to wait in line behind a whole bunch of people!!!!

Every visit was a blessing and make us feeling much better before we even take the prescription. His amazing, smart very good listener as a doctor. Is hard to find one but we glad we found him. Cinco Ranch location Labotory Work clinic Sign-In process is a DISASTER. Blocked while only lab technician is out for lunch and when returned open for everyone regardless of appointment and or arrival time pf the patient. Talked to facility manager Susan ?, she acknowledged the shortfall and apologized the inconveniences caused individually to me, for waiting almost an hour for my turn to come based on problematic sign-in sequence. Would like to recommend receptionists should not engage with patients' prolonged personal stories in loud fashion, while bothering others in that small waiting area. They also need to be more respective to the patients while addressing them !!!
I had an appointment last Friday. I was there and I did the test lab work as well. Today on Monday, I received a message from CVS pharmacy that the description is ordered for you, but I did not receive any phone call from doctor's office. I called back, they told me nurse is not available. I left a message, but I didn't receive any call back this afternoon. I called the office again and I got the message. The office is closed. The prescription is medication is ordered for me, but I don't know how much I have to take or do I have to take and nobody told me anything about this medication. Thank you.

Quite enjoyable. I appreciate the fact that I didn't have to wait too long for someone to come in-this was the problem I had with previous appointments at a different location. Felt very casual, there was really no reason for me to be stressed before the appointment.
