The wait was very long. The doctor was nice, but I felt very rushed. I was not able to even give her my symptoms that I've been having without her over talking me. She didn't even look at the records to see that I was in the hospital recently. I had to tell her before she did the same exam over.. she told me about surgery but never explained to me why I will have to get surgery or what type of surgery she rushed me so bad that when she asked me to get undressed, she left to go see another patient and I had to wait even longer for her to come back

The entire appointment experience was perhaps the best ever and I am 80 years old. The Nurse and Dr were so kind and caring and explained everything and listened intently to our questions and made sure we understood everything they were saying etc

I'm so grateful for Dr.Aya and her staff. Dr.Aya saved my life on Christmas day. She has the best bedside manners and genuinely cares about her patients. Shes very thorough and intelligent. I wouldnt question anything she says. Hands down best doctor I've ever met. I highly recommend her. Christine her office manager was so sweet to come and check on everyone in the waiting room. The young lady that checks patients in was very kind, you don't have a experience like this in most doctors offices. 10/10

the actual physician was lovely & was great once I met with her. I would come back for her alone. however, the wait was ridiculous. my appointment was scheduled for [...]. I wasn't taken back for vitals until nearly [...]. after vitals, the nurse told me to sit in a chair and "wait for a minute". I then proceeded to sit in a chair in the back so long that another staff member asked if I was okay and what I was waiting for. I sat in that chair for at least 30 minutes. once I was finally roomed, I was given a gown and told to change. I then sat in the paper gown waiting for the physician for another 30 minutes, at which point it was sticking to me and terribly uncomfortable. I couldn't even go out to ask what was taking so long because I was in the gown. the physician finally came in around [...], nearly two hours after my scheduled appointment. she then spent around 10 minutes total examining and talking with me. as I said, she was great, but waiting for nearly two hours for a 10 minute visit is absolutely ridiculous. at no point was I given an estimated timeline, aside from an estimated wait written on the whiteboard in the front. the physician is awesome, but the clinic staff have poor communication skills, and the entire clinic has horrible time management. it's ridiculous that running nearly two hours behind for appointments is considered acceptable for any clinic.

I always have a pleasant experience during every appointment. I haven't had a bad experience. I always recommend this medical office to my female friends/family.
