I'm answering these questions and I did not hear what this was even about. So it would have been nice if I had known. I think I know, but I'm not sure. So it would have been nice if I could have said I can't hear you. And so I don't know if all these answers are true or not because I really couldn't hear. I'm elderly and hard of hearing. And I would have liked to have been able to tell whoever this was that I couldn't hear them. They just went on and gave me the questions and I just answered them so I could get to the end and explain I did not know what test this is or what I'm supposed to do. Thank you.

Very nice personal experience

All the questions are yes. I just made a mistake in pushing the wrong key. The provider provided a good service to me and explained this, that, woes and hits and how come, and how to improve. I thank the doctor and his staff and the team member that was present.

The provider patiently explained my conditions to me in a way the I would understand. He interpreted my diagnostic tests and offered me options to choose from moving forward. In other words, he made me feel as a member of my care team whose opinion matters.

Spends alot of time with me, I believe that he really cares about me and very helpful.

I'm still not concerned, very concerned with the fact that I had the bleeding in the head and he's telling me I don't have it anymore. I'm very concerned about that. I still don't understand and I don't understand why he's not checking it. I'm just not very pleased with the service. Thank you.

I appreciate the amount of time that Dr. Kaushal spent with me during my appointment. He was aware of my medical history and the details of my stroke case. He had obviously studied the details about my stroke. He shared the details of my scans/MRI with me which was a first for me. I feel very fortunate that Dr. Kaushal was assigned to review my case and my wife and I feel comfortable that we are in good hands!
