After receiving the X-ray results stating that everything looked normal I'm still unsure of why I have pain in my arm up to my shoulder and cramping in my fingers all was stated was to go to therapy for conditioning the locking and cramping of my hand and fingers is painful the pulling that I have in my arm is unexplainable the stretching of what feels like my muscle I've never felt before but yet I didn't get any results other than my x-rays stating that my arm is fine if that is so then why am I experiencing these uncomfortable situations.
Very happy with care a wait time.
I enjoy the staff at this location. They are always helpful and informative. The X-ray technician advised me that the doctor was running behind.
Dr. Mansour always answers all my concerns and gives any advice on treatment.
Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
Yes, the doctor that took care of me was great. We just did extremely well. Great personality, great overall general. If I could, I would make him my personal primary care physician, but I know he doesn't, but he's a great doctor. You guys are great. No issues, no complaints. Thank you again.
Dr. Mansour was an excellent doctor. He listened to my problems and he cared about my progression. I appreciate his professionalism and customer care.
I will be back they gave me a feeling of comfort
The only thing I would say negative, is that we waited a little longer this visit before the dr finally came in. But we certainly understand how busy Dr. Mansour can be. However it was well worth the wait because we think Dr. Mansour is an outstanding doctor. Thank you
I really like Dr Mansour but the wait time is horrible. I've waited over an hour a few times. He apologizes evert time which is thoughtful but waiting an hour is a waste of time.
Very busy day for doctor and staff. They took as much time as I needed to address my issues. I am a happy camper!
Dr. Mansour was remarkable. He knew exactly what was wrong and how to remedy the situation. It was pleasure meeting him!
Wouldn't go anywhere else for this recurring health problem with my hands !
I loved how the Dr listen to my concerns, he was not in a hurry, he was patient with me. Looking forward for my surgery. Wish all Dr's were just as patient as he is, great Dr..
Everyone was very nice, from the receptionist to the doctor. Everything was very clean, very good service.
The visit was good but long wait. Day after the visit I developed a rash on my face . Call and left a message about my rash on Friday but as of today no response came from your office. I am okay now after taking a Benadryl. But disappointed that no one called back..
I had a pleasant experience with everyone I came in contact with. I have recommended my spouse and others to seek care from UTHealth/UT Physicians.
Xray technicians , both of them, were very nice and courtesy
Saw doctor for 2 minutes. Didn't have time to form questions.
The staff and Dr.Mansour and Pa. Were very nice
Dr Mansour was very knowledgeable and professional. The resident who was assisting was attentive, explained everything in detail, made me feel at ease.
Dr. Mansour and his team were awesome, from the check in process to seeing the provider. They have a real great team and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
Wait time was a little to long but that was ok ? they told me that i could reschedule if i want to. But i waited. The Doctor was very informative about my condition that's what i like. He was concerned.he also told me the next step we could take.
When we arrived we were told the wait time was 1.5 hours. It would have been nice to get a call ahead of time so that we could adjust our day. It made a significant impact on the remainder of my workday. While I understand doctors run behind, more than 30 minutes warrants a phone call so we can make adjustments or reschedule as needed.
I arrived at 9:45 but I didn't get seen until 11:30. I wish I was told something before hand and not until and hr and thirty minutes I asked and than I was told something
I use UT for most of my needs because of the service I receive. Only gripe I have had in the past was additional billing after the fact with either lack of descriptive back up or incorrect description so I can pay with confidence.
My experience with the doctor was great. But I got double debited for my office visit.
Excellent service as always!
Everyone was polite and courteous. If I had a question, they gave an answer. Felt good leaving knowing I had all the information needed to treat my issue.
This was a wonderful experience the entire visit, including parking, reception, X-ray and seeing Dr. Mansour. Dr. Mansour and his Np were friendly and professional. Dr. Mansour thoroughly listened to my concerns and let me know my care options, I felt 'listened to'. I would highly recommend UT for care.
