This was my first time having a colonoscopy done and Dr Kuruvilla and her team explained the procedure to me on what to expect. Procedure went well. The telemedicine video was very good.

Front desk ladies were exceptionally, friendly and helpful, seemed like they loved their jobs. Here lately front desk ladies don't look up to great or smile just seem very distracted as you try to ask questions
I arrive 20 minutes prior to visit to fill out paper work at 2 or so I was put in a room and did interview with the nurse which didn't take long. I waited an hour and a half before I saw the doctor. No one came in to see if I was ok. It was very cold ind the room. I finally went out and asked if I had been forgotten, and the sec. Said no she will be in to see you soon. I didn't see people there for it to take so long. I was exhauted by the time I left the office. I was a nurse for 48yrs and never put a pt in the room without checking on them.
Everyone was professional and kind. It was easy to communicate with all the staff and doctor.
Experience was very pleasant and staff was very professional.
Dr. KURUVILLA is an excellent doctor. She listened intently to my wife's concerns and gave her sound advice and encouragement to get through her medical issues.
