The first three questions should have been a four. Everything was done very well. And the doctor was very, very polite and explained everything very well.
Dr. Klein is very popular. Hard to reschedule appointment after cancelled due to Jan snow. Resident Zach was great!

I was very bothered by the check in process where I was asked to sign my name to an electronic pad without being shown what I was signing. She did say she would print the forms for me after signing but it is not beneficial to read a document after you signed it. Either have printed forms for review and sign or have a signature capture that allows you to read the document before you sign.
Everyone was very professional but caring and nice. I didn't feel rushed and all my bloodwork was explained in detail. I feel lucky to have the doctors at UT helping me to grow old but still be able to have some fun doing it.
Dr. Klein and her staff are wonderful physicians. Great bedside manner. Would recommend to everyone.

My doctor only comes in to hear what I got to say, but I don't think she shows interest. I need a doctor that comes in and take my, I mean, even though she got people coming in to do it, she needs to show more. And actually, I'm looking for another doctor.

Yes, everything is okay at that center except they do not have an oncologist. I had to go out of the system because the oncologist was too far from my house. Victor didn't have one and of course the height lost its service. So for UT Physicians, so you do need an oncologist on board so that we can be served in the system. Thank you.

My appointment was at 9:45. Told to be there for 9:30. Why?? I was taken back to the room at 9;55. Weight, BP etc done. Waited approximately 15 minutes for student MD. He spent approximately 10 minutes with me. My actual provider , Ms. Klein did not see me until 11:10. She spent about 3 minutes with me and sent me for labs. I left at 11:30. So dissatisfied with the service. I missed out on 3 hrs of work for what? That was not a physical and the waiting time, ridiculous!
Dr. Klein provides great service/care.
