I am pleased with Dr. Keyhani's treatment, how he communicated with me, and I am pleased with the staff. I am happy with this clinic. Thank you.

I was very pleased with the way I was treated.
Excellent service!
Saw K. Martinez, PA, not the surgeon himself, so my answers apply to her and the office staff.
He is a very good doctor
Dr. Keyhani is an excellent doctor, but unfortunately, the support staff and scheduling process significantly impact the overall experience. My visit was frustrating and disappointing due to long wait times, poor communication, and disorganization. I initially visited in August 2024, and it took months to finally complete my procedure. Despite arriving 10 minutes early for my scheduled appointment, I waited over an hour in the waiting room. Adding to the frustration, a patient who arrived 35+ minutes late was seen before me. When I inquired, I was told that surgeries are scheduled at the end of the day-something that was never communicated beforehand. If appointments are meaningless and patients are seen based on convenience rather than scheduling, it completely disrespects those who follow protocols and value their time. The delay between my initial appointment and the procedure was understandable due to the doctor's schedule. However, after confirming my appointment twice, completing the online pre-check-in, and expecting a streamlined process, I spent over 1.5 hours waiting, with the actual procedure taking less than 10 minutes and preparation lasting about 20 minutes. In addition to the scheduling inefficiencies, both Dr. Keyhani and the nurse, Luis, voiced concerns about the operating room setup. They both struggled with the layout, as the tight space interfered with their movements and workflow. More importantly, they mentioned that the setup was cumbersome to maintaining a sterile environment, as they had to stretch, reposition equipment, and move supplies around just to access what was needed for the procedure. This raises concerns about both efficiency and patient safety. Given the significant costs of these procedures, the experience should reflect a higher level of professionalism, organization, and efficiency. The office operates as if it just opened, rather than as an established practice that should have its protocols in place. On a positive note, nurse Luis was professional, receptive, and apologetic about the situation. Unfortunately, he could only acknowledge my concerns rather than resolve them. I hope this feedback leads to improved scheduling, clearer communication, better facility organization, and a heightened focus on patient care and safety.
I seldom get to see the doctor. He is out of the office or has to reschedule.
None of my business, but he could use a bigger waiting area.
Dr. Keyhani's bedside manner is one of the best. The after visit summary and instructions is super informative. Every one in the office is super efficient and does a wonderful job. Thank you.
Thank the doctor for caring about my health. Thank You.
Dr. Arash Keyhani is the best vascular surgeon my husband has seen. We are from Mission Tx. And we drive 6 hours to see him in Houston . His staff also does a great job with his patients.
Office staff very kind. For once my appointment was on time. Was caught off guard that I was going to need another surgery, thought I would been told that at my last visit.
Everything was great here, the staff, the doctors, the PA's, the nurses. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
The office staff were professional and greeted me with a warm welcome. Didn't wait long at all before seeing the doctor. Dr. Keyhani was amazing! He listened and explained everything well. I will definitely recommend this practice to family, friends and colleagues.
All good, thank you
Dr. Keyhani is an excellent provider in care for his patients. He guinness is Big Plus.
The staff at the office is extremely professional and they really do everything they can to meet your needs and they do follow up too, which is extremely important and they are fantastic at it and Dr. Keyhani is truly, really awesome at what he does and he's got great patient rapport and he does take the time to explain everything. I can't thank the whole entire team, especially Dr. Keyhani for everything that they have done for me.
And well, thank you for the angiogram. I guess I believe and I thank God it went well. The healing is coming up. It's improving. Gradwell, it's improving or it has even improved more than as such the way we came into the hospital. I am grateful for that. I thank God for everything and for using you as a doctor to help her and the healing process right now. But the thing is there's one medication which is the gabapentin. I believe that medication is too strong, it's too heavy because as soon as she takes it, it makes her kind of go cuckoo. She talks out of point and I'm like wondering what is all this. But I mean, gradually, gradually, I thank God I think everything is over
I felt well taken care of by the staff, especially by the very professional doctor. Thank you.
Very well organized.
I feel safe and well cared for by Dr KEYHANI sf his PA.
My surgery needs were rare and extensive. Dr. Keyhani performed the needed surgery in a way that made me comfortable and healthy again. I will be forever grateful for his skill and reassuring manner.
The answers to these questions was provided because Dr. Keyhani,, who was not there he was had a medical emergency and his PA Karen, handled - who did an exceptional job; however, she was swamped with lots of people and I personally saw two or three people reschedule and had to leave since the waiting room was so crowded. One poor soul was on a stretcher and in the hallway and then wheeled in for a few moments and then had to be wheeled back into the hallway. Karen did an exceptional job under the circumstances however, we had almost 2 hours to be seen which is really hard because of the walker I had to sit on was very difficult with my cervical dystonia on my back and the fact that I had to pee every couple of hours and I cannot pee in the toilet except my own at home because it is a mechanical toilet that lifts me off since I cannot get up from the seat. It was very disappointing to learn after all of this that I could have had a virtual visit to simply discuss the results of my ultrasound. Too bad I was not informed of this very simple fact.
I did have a complaint.
Perfect staff
