Excellent service.
Everything was great and the doctor knew as much of my child's health history as she was provided. This was only the second visit and we were seeing her because my son went through chemo for lymphoma. She was very professional, kind, respectful, and even though she had a mask on, her eyes looked like she was smiling. That usually indicates she enjoys her job. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone needing to see a pediatric kidney specialist. The one and only thing I didn't like was that I had to go downtown. I try to avoid that area, too much traffic and too hard to park. Thank you for the great experience and the opportunity to say how well the visit went.

This building has amazing working staff, from the valet staff all the way up to the doctors i love coming to all my appointment here.
April was prompt, thorough and efficient. She was very reassuring and personable.
The Doctor and Nurse Practitioner we saw were very easy to talk to, very professional, and also made me feel like they were treating us the same as they would close family. At no point did I feel anything negative during the interaction. The ladies at the check in and check out desk met the same standard. I would definitely use this office again but I hope I don't need to. Someone selected well when hiring these individuals.
