Anthony was very good at listening and then explaining it.
Nurse practitioner Anthony Garcia provide a welcoming atmosphere and listened to my concerns. He asked questions to help him and I understand my sleep struggles and concerns.
Don't like that I must return for instruction on testing for sleep apnea. Should have been completed at first appointment and sent home with tester. Time wasted. Hope no additional charge!
Dr Gracia was awesome
Anthony was great. He was attentive and he took care of my needs. My problem is with the reception, the appointment setters, anyone who answered the phone. I ended up having to wait a month for my appointment because I wanted to do it in Katy. And then I get to Katy, only to find out that they don't give out the watch that you use for the sleep therapy or the sleep study. And I had to go downtown anyway to get it. And that would have been very helpful to know and I could have done it much quicker. If I had just been told you have to pick it up downtown, it would have been one trip, not two. Thanks.
Anthony was very professional and also down to earth and pleasant. I liked talking to him. Smart and caring is a great combination that makes you feel good about going to the doctor.

The parking is the worst, I spent longer looking to park than I did at the appointment.

Anthony is such a knowledgeable caring doctor . He is funny and wonderful to talk too I felt very comfortable talking to him . The nurse Michelle was also wonderful to talk to . She paid attention to everything I said about my health .
The sleep lab team has been exceptionally helpful, compassionate, and informative throughout my experience. However, I found that the follow-up consultations with the doctors gave me the impression of a more sales-driven approach. I still have some concerns and am awaiting further treatment options and second opinions before making any final decisions. It felt as though there was a strong emphasis on following a specific course of action, which I feel does not align with my approach to decision-making in healthcare.
Anthony took time to listen & advise how to improve my health. Only draw back is having to come to medical center as we're older & don't like to deal with a lot of traffic.
I felt seen and heard regarding my situation/health. Dr Garcia was very engaging and helpful wanting to know all about my experience with my CPAP by asking the necessary questions and even prescribing a medication to help with my stuffy nose (can't wait to try it). Everyone I have seen at UT health offices I believe are working hard to help me and that makes me feel so safe and cared for.
Anthony listened to my concerns and took action. Very personable.

My wife and I drive up from Portland Tx because we love the whole experience of dealing with UT Health Science System from the front desk to the doctors and everything in between. My wife and I both commented to each other as soon as we walked out of our appointment how much we loved Anthony Garcia and staff!
He gave me the information about what I could do, but I still think I need insomnia medication this not sleeping is not healthy for me

I was impressed with the procedure and process of each step of the appointment. Being very organized allowed plenty of time for questions. It also showed that the patient's time was valued. I arrived early, as requested, and was taken back a little before my appointment time. This was a welcome surprise, since many appointments have wait times of 20-30 minutes. The medical care providers at this appointment wonderful. I felt comfortable asking questions ARnP Garcia questions and appreciate his knowledge in this field of medical care.
