I appreciate being able to see the doctor at my local location. I felt the appointment was rushed, I received verbal explanation of medicine that would be 25mg to be taken 2 times a day, however when picking up prescription, the dosage was 1 time a day at 50mg. There was no prior notice that there would be a delay in start of appointment until after I arrived and was in room to see doctor that I was told he was running late. The appointment seemed rushed and unorganized. I was told that I would receive a call when the apt was made after pre-authorization for stress test, however that was not the case. I was told my blood pressure would be taken again, that did not occur. Initial visit was at Memorial, and that visit was organized and pleasant and the team seemed aligned, this appointment left me confused and puzzled and feeling un-easy that my treatment plan or alternatives were not attention to detail.

The experience was very well and great. I was nervous but felt at ease and excited to have a new doctor.

Dr. Mehra was running late and we had to wait and when he came in to see me, he was in a big, big hurry to catch up and it was a very hurried up visit.

I found it very enlightening, since I did not know that adding salt and lemon to water can raise my low blood pressure and the monitor and stress test ordered. Thank you.

I was satisfied with the good care and service I received from UT Physicians. My primary doctor Dr. Pouran Yousefi and Dr. Mehra, my cardiologist were very attentive with my issues.

The doctor was very patient and listened to all my concerns.

I was disappointed that my appointment was almost 2 hours late. Dr. Mehra was stuck in a procedure at another hospital however no one called to tell me he was going to be late until I arrived at the UT physicians office. Dr. Mehra did not apologize to me either. The front desk and the nurses did apologize, however if someone could have called and told me to show up later or reschedule that would have been nice. The doctors are not the only ones that have busy schedules.

I was told my wait would be 20 min. However I waited an hour and15min with no update .

Written reports should be provided to over 70 years old as they are not able to read from my chart. A simple report given or mailed to the patient
