No one spoke to us about anticipated wait time because there was no wait. I love that, before I could relate information I'd obtained about a medication question, Dr Dunbar had already followed up with my mom's PCP. The concern was resolved immediately. I was notified of the resolution within 1½ hrs of leaving the clinic.
Everyone in this office is pleasant and friendly as well as very professional.

TREATED WITH RESPECT AND KINDNESS
Had to wait in the long check in line even though I echecked in the day before and did thenself-checkin at building...erro4 message said "referral not approved" get in line. But I dont need referrals and after waiting in line, the checknin person said that notice was error.
