The parking fees should be validated for seniors ? it's a hard thing for us to do when we're on a fixed income.

No comment, I was glad to have her as my doctor.

Dr was fine. Each time I come to this facility, I fill in all the paperwork on my phone days in advance, then pay any copay in advance, turn on location and get checked in when I arrive, check in on at the echeckin stand in lobby, and after all that, it says: "go stand in line to get checked in, just in case" Then I start all over. UT Needs to get rid of all the pre-registering if you have to go stand in line "just in case". I've reported this to numerous personnel each visit, and am always told "its a glitch...gotta check in 4 times just to be sure". Makes you nervous about test results and diagnoses being glitches too.

No one spoke to us about anticipated wait time because there was no wait. I love that, before I could relate information I'd obtained about a medication question, Dr Dunbar had already followed up with my mom's PCP. The concern was resolved immediately. I was notified of the resolution within 1½ hrs of leaving the clinic.

Dr Dunbar and the entire staff at UT Bellaire are exceptional. This starts with the people who greet me, check me in, the nurses are phenomenal and the people who do the checkout and make follow-up appointments. Everyone is professional, friendly and attentive.
