My daughter and I really enjoyed Dr. Angie Curtis. She came in professional. She gave us her time. She was knowledgeable. She was gentle, and she directed us to the right resources. She was supportive, and we are very lucky to have had her. Definitely recommend 10 out of 10, and we'll be there again. I wish she could be our PCP.
This facility was beautiful, clean, and very well put together. The staff was exceptional and everyone made you feel welcome.
It wasn't a long weight we felt comfortable and everyone was very nice.
Wait time was bad and was basically told nothing new about my son's injury or what to expect unless asked
The only difficult part of our visit was the initial phone call. The woman I spoke with was very nice and helpful, but I had a very hard time hearing her because I believe I was on speakerphone. I heard mostly the other woman at the front desk. Everything about what was said was fine, but the sound was a big issue. I also hope my personal information wasn't being heard by everyone in the waiting room.
Good service
It was a seamless process from check in to check out.
Everyone was courteous and nice
Congratulations to all the very attentive workers, especially the medical staff. Good treatment from the orthopedic specialist who treated my son. Thank you and continue with this wonderful work.
Dr. Curtis is probably the best specialist doctor I have ever spoken to. Her bed side manner, her follow up, and her genuine care for her patients is amazing. She even remembers past cases and has a wonderful word of mouth chain from others. I wouldn't have sought her out for care for my child if it wasn't for that. She honestly belongs in this field and has been an amazing person to have in my child's recovery journey. Also, her team who resplinted my daughter from what the ER did is amazing. That whole day and office visit changed our lives immensely and I thank her so much whole heartedly! Definitely need more people like her who care and honestly look at the whole picture for care.
They are fast. Good in communication and we are treated in less time than we expect
The doctor was great, and quality of care was fine. The wait time, however was too long.
Dr Curtis was great. She explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions.
Love Dr. Curtis!
There was a 40min wait before we got called back. Overall it was a ok experience. We spent 2hrs there. The positive was we were able to get X-rays, see the doctor and get a boot all in the same place.
I felt very comfortable.
Everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional and we were in and out quickly. Great experience!!
Dr. Curtis is the best! She always answers our questions and does a great job with my teenage athlete daughter.
The team was so awesome and very, very helpful. I really do appreciate them.
I appreciate the efficiency of the office. It's hard to wait with kids.
Observing, examining and checking carefully are the main characteristics of a good doctor, and in this case, at 1 meter away from the patient, I don't think a doctor could determine what exactly is wrong with the patient, especially if it is a child!
The dr was very kind and informative. She was great with my daughter.
Dr. Angie Curtis was an amazing doctor. She listened well. She made me feel like she cared and was concerned not only about my current treatment, but my treatment later on down the line. I think she is excellent and she deserves a raise. She's a very great people person and I just enjoyed the visit all the way around. I feel safe and I feel like my medical needs are being met.
The gentleman that cast my baby's leg was great! He had good tips for us to care for her cast and he was gentle with her. He made sure the cast had no rough spots and that her little toes were protected and comfy.
Too much waiting, had to request more time off.
A great and timely experience !!! Thank you so much!
I really appreciate that doctor was very concerned and caring about my daughter injuries
The communication with booking and Appointment that's why my answers were no twice we're not successful just like I explained to Dr Curtis pediatric that it wasn't professional this phone messenger person was at home and sleeping of some sort she didn't clarify my concerns correctly she could've gotten our appointment canceled when we were already their / another suggestion is upon booking any appointments they need to receipt clearly be their 20 minutes before appointment time not wait til the appointment day and send a later text of that nature when appointment is at 8:40am and you get a text at 8:18am day of to be their early REALLY that unprofessional
Hi, I believe the provider was very knowledgeable about my child's care and about doing things in order to help her heal the best and most quickly. The only, I guess, issue I would have is I would say in the future to ask the office staff if there's going to be a wait, if the patient's going to have to wait longer than 30 minutes to have someone come in and let the patient know or let us know, hey, it's going to be a wait, you know, and give an estimated time of how long the wait's going to be.
This is my first time visiting this facility. It was nice, spacious and clean. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted with a smile by [...]. She saw my son hopping around on one leg and offered a wheel chair to help him get around. I was thankful of her kindness and professionalism during the check in process. The xray technician, physician team and the person assisting my son with his boot were all professional and patient. I left the visit without any other questions and more confident about my son's treatment plan because I was given opportunity to ask questions, was not rushed by the team and because he was in good hands. Thank you!
