They were all kind
When I got into the room, the provider asked me to change and came back. And while she was doing the pap smear and the manual exam, she quickly ran through a few things. She didn't know my history. I didn't get a chance to ask her. And as she's taking her gloves off and trying to walk out, I'm asking her about, should I do this? Should I do that? What if I don't want to take the medicine? I felt like she knew what she was doing or she had the information, but she was extremely rushed. I don't think she spent more than five or six minutes in the room with me, if that. And that's only because I kept her at the door, and I kept asking, trying to squeeze in one or two more questions and trying to get an answer.
Dr. Cho was probably the best gynecologist I've had in all my years. She is very nice and has an excellent bedside manner. Do rarely now days when you feel like medical facilities are trying to get you processed as quickly as possible. UTP always has great staff. Only one bad experience in all my years with them. Highly recommend Dr. Angel Cho.
Everything went welll
Dr Cho was great! I normally see Dr. Yunas but Dr. Cho was able to see me and ease all my concerns.
Dr. Cho was kind and attentive to my concerns and she brought up potential issues that I hadn't considered before for contraceptive options. She was very knowledgeable and offered me lots of choices and genuinely cared for my wellbeing. Thank you!
I sent Dr. Cho a message prior to completing this survey of concerns. All of the staff was kind in demeanor, but the visit itself was very uncomfortable and left me confused and worried. Staff seemed unprepared as requested tools were not available up on request of Dr. Cho while I'm on the table with my legs up, vagina out, fully "opened". Dr. Cho asking me the same questions over again, when I was clear each time. Made me think if she really reviewed my chart before seeing me or even listening. I went in for a well woman's and asked for the full STD panel covered by my insurance, yet one test not provided due to missing specimen. Why?! I did not do a UA. Why? I also wanted to confirm other health matters were clear, as of today, I don't see those results posted either. Procedures explained and done while already in motion to do it, and not slowing down to fully explain and give me an opportunity to process and make a well informed decision. Requesting charts from when I was 17? Why? Rushed and unprepared.
The whole experience with the doctor was rushed, I barely got to see my baby in the sonogram for the first time and then waited for a very long time only to be taken to the lab and wait even longer.
The doctor was very knowledgeable and she directed us in the right direction with my child. The staff from the check-in to checking out was amazing. Thank you so much for making everything so easy.
The nurse and receptionist were kind and welcoming. When it came to Dr Cho, she rushed in so fast and barely introduced herself before she was starting the Pap smear. I mentioned about having urinary leakage and she mentioned kiegals and rushed out the door. It all happened so fast I didn't have time to ask any questions and she just rushed in and out like on a race against a time clock.
I was really appreciative to the fact that I was able to get in in an urgent. Well, for me, it was urgent and I really needed to see someone, and I was really appreciative to the fact that I was able to call the call center and get scheduled for same- day appointment with a different provider who was just as professional, just as knowledgeable, and available for me. thank you to the staff. Thank you to the lab that took my blood. The young ladies were so kind. I have a phobia of needles, and they did a fantastic job with distracting me and taking my blood. the entire experience for a very urgent matter when I was very stressed out turned out to be a great experience. thank you to everyone.
It was my first visit to Dr Cho So. She had no knowledge of my past history. She had never seen me before.
Dr. Cho and staff are very kind. Dr. Cho gave me preventative measures that I didn't even think about.
Her interaction with me wasn't suitable for a doctor. She was constantly in a hurry and was trying to make me leave as soon as possible so she didn't take her job serious. At the end she took the interpreter device out of the room and was talking to me in English even though I can't understand well.
The provider was respectful and listened to my complaints and made suggestions for future treatment if this one did not work

From parking to checkin in, and of course the doctor (Dr. Cho), everything was PERFECT. I am transferring all my care to UT PHYSICIANS

I felt like all the staff at the office was very nice and there was someone there to help me when I wasn't sure where to go. But during my pap smear and the rest of my exams, my provider just didn't communicate to me and she didn't let me know when she was going to do something. And it was just like very out of the usual for an exam like a pap smear or a well-women's exam for the provider not to let you know what's going on. So I didn't like that. I just felt like, you know, I wish she had warned me before doing things or told me exactly what she was going to do. But other than that, everyone else was very nice. The provider was very nice. I just wish that she had a little bit better bedside manner and communicated what she was going to do to me before she did it. Thank you. Bye.

I've recently changed insurance providers, so this was my first visit with Dr. Cho. I was brought back quickly and saw the doctor quite quickly. She was friendly and didn't make me feel rushed. I was visiting for a well woman visit so my visit was pretty straight forward. The office was very convenient and easy to access.
I was not clear of my diagnosis. Although she did prescribe medicine. I was not 100% sure of how to deal with my condition. I had other questions and I had to reach out via message through mychart. I still did not understand the response.
I felt not seen, I felt my symptoms were swept under the rug, I felt rushed , [...] I am seeing someone else next time
I drove from [...] (due to current weather issues) for this appointment which had been changed three times for the same reason. I spent less than five minutes, without so much as either of us sitting down, with Dr. Cho. This type of visit should be handled by phone or messaging. she apparently had no reason to examine me.
this is my first experience and was very pleased and happy to come and will continue. Thank you so much.
I supposed to have my appointment with Doctor [...][...]. The replacement doctor I mentioned few symptoms that I''m having currently Dizziness Sciatic nerve severe pain most of the time Vaginal discharge with [...][...]. And she didn''t have anything to add or help with. I left the room with not knowing what to do with these things and for vaginal infection she asked me to come on another day to swap (which is incoveninent) since I''m already in the room and she could have done it. Overall, I see poor explanation during my appointments. It feels like they are coming to check the box and leave. Despite waiting for 20-30 minutes to see the doctor for 5 minutes and leave with un answered questions and symptoms. I don''t see those appointments useful at all and they are just a waste of time since I have to search online for everything to get my questions answered and understand how to treat my symptoms.
Dr Cho was excellent in communicating with me as regards to my condition as well as my concerns. She was also easily relatable.

It was horrible I felt treated as a number I told her or her Assitants all the problems o have had In looking for another dr When I went to go for the labs they mistreated my arms it was horrible I had to leave without the labs done Will NEVER GO BACK
