ANdrew was great. The receptionist was great. The lady that made my appointment was great. A+ IN MY OPINION.
My appointment time was 1400. I arrived 30 minutes early to respect their schedule. The X-ray tech called me within minutes. Then I was placed in a room for 38 minutes before I went to ask if they were aware I was there. The Med. Assistant came in after that and never introduced herself or told me her role. I know what an MA is but many wouldn't. She only looked up from her keyboard when I had to ask her to repeat a question. She then left saying the NP would be in and I was the next pt @1508 he finally arrived.he was unapologetic until I stated I was upset because my time has value and his reason for the delay was it was his birthday and something about his wife. He also did not listen to me and focused on my age and that I probably have osteopenia which may be true but a 200 lb body falling and the humerus hitting a wooden coffee table can also be a factor. I even showed him recent labs that I have normal but d and calcium but he had a script and didn't seem able to deviate. I stopped listening after that. He left and after 14 minutes no one came in, no one gave me any directions. I walked past the workroom and he was having a lively conversation. I hope he enjoyed his day. I will never return. I will not recommend the clinic and I am upset enough that I have probably told 40+ people so far about the poor care/customer service
I wasn't confident in this provider.
Dr. Meeks and Andrew Basara have great bedside manner. Super helpful and very knowledgeable... thanks!
i waited 1 1/2 hours after my appointment time to see the Dr. the summary mentioned my incision i didn't an incision at all. Also summary says i'm 5'5" I'm 5'8"
Love all the folks there. Everyone is great!
I'm on my second visit with them and each time it's been an hour or an hour and a half wait AFTER my appointment time. This is ridiculous as people have lives and work I wouldn't recommend anyone here as it feels like they don't care about your time.
Andrew said he was giving me prescription for ibuprofen for pain. I asked the nurse for the prescription. She said he called it in. I asked if I could confirm what pharmacy it was called in to. She showed me on the computer. I have called two different HEB pharmacies asking for the medicine. Four times I have been told they have nothing for me. I have called the doctors office twice stating the problem with a phone number to call me back. Because the menu doesn't list Andrew and because he is on Dr Meeks staff, I leave the message there. No one has ever called me back as I struggle with this pain.
Long wait. Lots of patience due to early bad weather. That is what I was told
A very friendly and professional visit
Super long wait time for a 15 min visit. I was very frustrated as I was at the facility for nearly 2 hours.
A 1.5 hour wait time for an 8:39 am appointment was not acceptable. My son was seen for a high school sports injury. The activity note for the school does not reflect The verbal instructions that were given at the appointment. The need for follow up was not discussed either.
Great service and looking for to completing my treatment plan to feel better and do daily activities.
The service is quick & on time. I hope they have more time to discuss all the treatments available
Andrew Basara was over 2 hours late and did not notify the staff. Nor did he give a reason for making me wait so long. Maybe he had to wait to get the hard copies for my shoulder's xrays. No excuse given other than " I just got your file". (xrays maybe)
Lack of follow up, they were suppose to schedule surgery and call but we never got the call, furthermore when I called in to follow up myself I was not able to reach anyone after several attempts. The provider was good but the rest of the staff was not.
I waited nearly 2 hours past my appointment time. I saw the Nurse practitioner vs. the Doctor when I was finally seen. He did a great job. If the office knew they were that far behind, why was the nurse practitioner not offered as an option earlier in the waiting period?
When I called to make an appointment.I was given a 2 pm appointment for Tuesday at 2 :00 pm to see the doctor. I received notification to be at the facility at 7 am for x-ray. That was a 7 hour gap. I had to drive twice the office, that's 40+ miles round trip and $7 in tolls each trip. I also arrived 15 minutes before my 2 pm appointment. I waited in the waiting room till 3:15 pm. I waited another 20 minutes to be seen by the Dr.
Great provider, very knowledgeable, great bedside manner, yeah, very well organized. Thank you.
I'm still waiting on my Rx to be sent to my Walgreens at Barry Rose & Broadway. They have not received the Rx from y'all
Great
Andrew is very knowledgeable and professional.
The surgery center was an absolute nightmare. Didn't know what time my surgery was until 6pm on the night before it. We couldn't get ahold of anyone to help us. That is unacceptable. We were there wayyy too early for the surgery and had to basically sit around, freeze and starve. Surgery was supposed to be at 830am and it didn't start till around 130pm.
Over all it went well. The front staff as well as supporting staff were great. NP was very informative and helpful. I had a long wait in the waiting room, and then I think I was forgotten in the exam room after the NP went to get me a prescription for PT. I was there from 2:30 to 5:20.
Andrew listened very carefully in what I was saying and provided very helpful information. I was very impressed on how he kept his composure after I started crying about my diagnosis.
This NP is very kind. Has ordered PT which has been helpful.
I waited 1.5 hours and did not see the Dr my appt was with. I only spent 5-10 minutes with someone and could have scheduled an MRI with a phone call. We had a brief discussion about my progress but that was it.
Our experience was very good and I would recommend this provider to anybody. Thank you all very much for everything that you all did.
Good experience.
I wasn't teated as a unique person when I waited in the exam room for an hour and 20 minutes for NP to visit with me. That's an exccessive amount of time to wait when we all are busy.
