I learned many things from the staff, honestly, friendly and good behavior with people. They listened carefully and followed up the issues with patient.
Dr. Andrea was always very kind, she always listened to my doubts and questions, she always answered all my concerns and all the staff that attended to me was always very kind, without a doubt I would go back to see Dr. Andrea Albin.
She explained everything to me she was aware of my health history and treat me with kindness
She was very attentive and listened to my problems thoroughly
Thank you for your excellent service.
There are very kind and pleasant people serving you.
I really appreciate Andrea and her inclusion of me and my husband in the appointment! I felt very heard and reassured. I honestly like her better than my OBGYN that I previously seen for 10+ years!! Looking forward to visiting with her more and being in her care!
Loved the whole staff great experience for my first visit and first pregnancy
Very good treatment from the whole group, I felt comfortable with the doctor and nurses
You could improve by being more attentive whenever your patients come to you with genuine concerns and not just acting like everything is like pregnancy related. And then also following up that when you say you're going to give them referrals that you're actually going to give them the referrals and that they receive the referrals. Because when the doctor said I was going to get one and I asked the front desk on my way out if I was going to get one, I was told that the referred, the doctor I was being referred to was going to call me. They didn't call me and I had to go all the way to the weekend still in pain and then follow up and then be directed to go to the labor and delivery department. So the service has been terrible. UT Health's position has not been great. Every time I go I speak with a different doctor and I don't have very much confidence in the practice.
I think Ms. Andrea is a good doctor. She was very patient and listened to all my needs and she was even able to give me the help that I needed.
