Billing is a constant issue, but it seems now after months to be resolved, I'm not hesitant to trust that. My provider is only the reason the billing issues didn't chase me out of the practice. I've had tremendous growth working with Dr Garcia. I hope the billing department, wait times, communication, and customer service improves.

Simply, in my entire life, I've never felt so understood. For the first time in my life, my quirks were discovered all at once through strategic questioning and it all felt like my strange habits were for a reason. I finally feel like my life makes sense with everything that has always made me feel different and not knowing why. I am so incredibly grateful for the chance to get to know more about myself. I'm so thankful that I was heard and everything was analyzed in a thoughtful, complete way. I really truly feel complete. I really truly feel cared for. I really truly feel understood. Thank you, thank you, thank you for everything you've done for me. It has been the greatest experience I've ever had.

I had a really good experience. I thought the doctor was extremely knowledgeable with autism. She made me feel very comfortable and answered all the questions very thoroughly. Didn't gaslight me whatsoever. And, you know, she's very fast and efficient and very thorough. Thank you. Bye.

We are in the process of getting an evaluation for my daughter. My daughter requested it because she is curious if she has autism. She has read about autism and took an online screener which indicates that she may be autistic. I am proud of my daughter for having the courage to take the lead on this. Dr. Garcia seems to be well trained and thoughtful in her approach.

So the session we had last week, it was the very first session. It was kind of an introductory session. I think it would be better to get a feedback after a couple of sessions when she actually starts the therapy. That's what I feel. But we like Ms. Garcia. She sounded very knowledgeable. She carefully listened to all of our questions and she was willing to help. And mainly my daughter likes her very much. So I think that is really important. Like I said, probably after a couple of sessions, once we get to know her more and how she is doing, then probably that would make more sense to get a feedback on Ms. Garcia. But she's great. After the first session, that's what we'll see.

This was our first time visit. We are very comfortable with Dr. Garcia. She made us feel welcomed and listened to all we had to say. Never felt rushed or unimportant. Looking forward to our next meeting.
