I was made to feel as if my needing medical care was not severe enough to be treated at this clinic.

The doctor didn't respect my wishes about a certain medication that i didn't want to take because i've tried it before and he still forced me to get the medicine, he wasn't attentive, I had to ask him to do blood work on me, I had to ask him to read my chart so he can know why i needed my vitamin d, he was short and not very important. I left very upset and I would not like to see him again. The front desk was rude and not attentive, not welcoming at all.

Everything seemed fine at first until it came to my meditation list. He the provider wants me to start a med that I've already taken before and doesn't work for me.I suggested a different treatment and he just disregard me. At the same time telling me that everything seems to be under control and we'll manage. So why go to the extreme to push me off to someone else and to start me on a different med and to drop my meds down. Told me he doesn't see it and the system and am I sure that's what I take. He could've easily gotten my medical records and med list from previous providers. then the provider quickly wanted me to see another provider at a different location. He says it's too far for me to travel here when actually the distance was/is not. I'm new here to Texas and just want great care as I was receiving back home. I was referred to this company and I'm disappointed..
