The experience was very timely , no long wait time , very friendly and courteous,informative!

I saw Allan Valencia, he was attentive, answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable regarding my care.

It would have been nice to be able to set up an appointment for the plan we developed. I am waiting for a call from a different person to set up the procedure.

We were scheduled for an appt the day before 4/8, that had to be rescheduled to 4/9 in an entirely different location, because the facility lost equipment access. We had traveled over an hour to get to the 4/8 appt., fight parking, check in early and wait patiently, only to be rescheduled while sitting in the waiting room. This truly seems to be not a great way to do business. Please think about the patient, and what they are going thru just to get to the appt. This obviously is a comment on the facility, not on any staff member or Dr. Staff were great.

The wait time to see the provider was too long. Other than that, everything else went well.

He was very patient while I asked a lot of questions. He helped me look at everything from a variety of angles so I could make the best decision for my heath.

Great professional Doctors and employees so close to home.

Dr Hariharan sent off my pacemaker and leads he removed for a culture. I have asked Allen twice for the results of the culture. He has not found the report. I don't think he has really tried. This is frustrating because I still have infection on the incision. I have been dealing with this since November and I want to know what I am fighting so I can have an appropriate antibiotic to kill it.

Nursses need to explaine what is going to happen in this visit.

The device representative was extremely helpful and did everything that she could to make sure that all my needs were met! Everyone in the procedure room was most accommodating. I had a great experience.

Allan Valencia is a caring and kind person he was checking my heart to see what was causing my shortness of breath but I guess he forgot I have asthma till I reminded him,..so we will do another test from my pcp to see if that is the only problem. I'm happy with him!

Was called the morning of appointment to say a backup NP would be seeing me. Arrived on time and waited 25 minutes in empty waiting area. Was shuffled off to exam room and waited another 25 minutes before NP came in. After visit Summary was incorrect.

Everyone was very, very kind and solicitous to me. They were very interested in my needs. I would recommend them at any time. Thank you.

The med tech who took my blood pressure, ekg, and miscellaneous was exceptional with her personality, courtesy, respect and helpfulness was off the charts in the best way.

They have a lot of patience, I am an 80-year-old person and their treatment was great.

Mr. Valencia did an excellent job of communicating the details of my upcoming heart procedure and put me at ease for what to expect before, during, and after the procedure.

WOULD WANT TO SEE A DOCTOR NEXT TIME. EITHER DRS. HARIHARAN OR MARGENAT.

Appointment was rescheduled for 2 hours earlier to accommodate doctor's schedule, and then I saw Allan and not doctor. Long wait in exam room to see Allan, I think over 30 minutes
