Everything was very good and fast. The wait time was very short. The staff was very professional, and the doctor sweetly explained everything so you understood every instruction he gave you. Thank you all.

Well, getting right appointment time was very hard

Dr. Shahi was very attentive to my needs. He listened. He came in, spent time with me, answered all of our questions for myself and my wife. I was very impressed with his, not only with his bedside manner, but also with the way he spent time with his patient and was very, very much just willing to sit and listen and, spend the time. I think Dr. Shahi is an excellent doctor. He's very kind and has a great personality that immediately put me at ease. I trust him with my care as he seems to be very knowledgeable and skilled in knee replacement which is what I had. He also has excellent communication skills as he explained the procedure thoroughly to me and answered any questions I had.

I had great experience and amazing doctor who was cooperative and very knowledgable. My only concern about the long waiting time which was nearly one hour. Otherwise, everything was great.

The front desk was so friendly. The procedure was explains fully and the assistant was very friendly.Yakima Brown, PA was so friendly and explained the procedure, telling us what to expect and what to do if my husband had a problem after the procedure. She was so kind and reassuring my husband had no fears. He felt no pain during the procedure. Yakima was amazing.

My check in experience was not as stellar as it was when I came in for my first visit with a different Dr. the previous week. I asked the check-in person to please give me the spelling and pronunciation of my Drs name. She was curt and told me I didn't need to know and didn't need to put on sign in. I wanted to know for myself so I could pronounce it correctly. She brushed me off and was more concerned about the line forming behind me. It took less than 5 seconds to answer me. When I left I needed some help from the Dr I had seen the previous week for a broken foot. She was again the same person as I waited in line. I asked to speak with someone in Dr Beaver's office about getting a scooter and handicapped tag. She told me to sit down and someone would come out. I waited 20 mins and got up and left. I did make a phone call and received the information I needed.

It was a horrible experience. He was dead set on doing a full hip replacement without any concern for what I was experiencing. When the location of my pain didn't match up with the hip replacement, he ignored it. He ignored the MRI that showed tears in several tendons and relied on an x-ray, stating the x-ray couldn't show anything but inflammation. He said the only way to tell if there was a tear would be to open me up and look at it. He also said I didn't need the tendon. If that was the case, how and why do I have a complete tear in it and three others with lesser tear?

Dr. Shahi was great. Very informative and spoke in simple terms so I could understand. Probably one of the best doctor visit experiences I've ever had.

Dr, Shahi is an outstanding orthopedic surgeon! He has impeccable credentials and a personable, attitude toward his patients. Somehow, he has enough time to explain what surgical techniques and technology would be most successful in your specific surgery and is realistic about possible outcomes. He performed a partial knee replacement surgery on my. I was walking within a few hours and able to be discharged that afternoon with a list of instructions and comprehensive information to manage at home. I am almost 4 weeks post op doing great and driving now. Truly he is excellent and I highly recommend him,
