I waited a year and a half to find a maxillofacial surgeon that would do my extractions based on my medical history of cervical spine degeneration and Chiari malformation. And I couldn't get any doctor to, number one, say they would do it, and number two, accept my insurance. And Dr. Arribas and his team accepted, called me in a couple of days after I submitted a plea for them to help me. And I'm so grateful that they responded to my plea. And I'm finally getting the help that I need to get my teeth extracted and make a big change in my life. And his staff, especially
Everyone was attentive and communicative
Hello, you can improve by your callback services. I have been calling since Friday. I called Friday. I didn't call Saturday. I called all day Monday, about three or four calls. I called today. On one of them, I got a call back and then the call dropped. Nobody called me back. Then another time I got through, nobody was there. It literally took me to actually talk to somebody finally to get the message of what my concern was. If you're going to have a callback system, you need to use it effectively.
Driving 3 hours for an appointment is just to long and far. My fault.
We want to thank the doctor snd his staff for their time and for providing such excellent service. You all gave us the peace of mind that we need to move forward as well as assurance that we are not alone on this journey to recovery. I really love this hospital and want to thank you again for all of your efforts! You made our Valentines Day special!

Attempting to reach anyone at the clinic is virtually impossible. It's very sad because it sends you to a voicemail. They're either out to lunch or the voicemail tells you to leave a message and people don't call back. So I'm very disappointed with the service at the front desk. The provider is excellent. The nurse assisting was excellent. But the service, you can't get a live person ever, and you can't - it's just a voice machine. So it would be nice to speak to a real person when trying to get an appointment or follow-up or if you have questions about your bill. Thank you.
They were really nice and told me about every step of the way what they'll be doing for me.

I was treated very well and everyone was very caring and professional.
The staff and the Drs were wonderful. They listened and were patient with my questions. Definitely am happy I went to Dr. Arribas and Dr. [...].

Great doctor!! Very patient
I felt like this provider did not meet my expectations on how to come about a game plan on treatment. telling me that I cant not get a certain treatment and the provider kept telling me that it is going to cost thousands of dollars to fix the issue; assuming i don't have the money said procedure. I can in to see a doctor and ended up not seeing him completely and i drove two hours to see said provider. the most common phrase in this office is, i didn't know or i didn't see her that day. I feel the lack of comunication plays a huge factor in treatment.
My vitals were taken and information about my medical history was clarified by a kind and efficient young woman. A bit later, she helped me with the clasp on my necklace . It was a mundane and simple thing but she made me feel that she was happy to help me & that matters! She performed the X-ray. She asked if I could think of any questions and said she'd be just around the corner. There were 2 young men who are residents . Both were thorough and also very kind & professional. Dr. Arribas came in , was warm and gracious. He asked pertinent questions examined me and was very patient as he explained what he had learned from his thoughts were, as well as outlining the plan for me, along with various choices that I had regarding the form that my particular treatment could take. I didn't feel rushed or that my questions were odd or ridiculous. The group of people that were my " Care Team" from the receptionist to to the lady that wrote my next instructions and sent me on my way. I look forward to my next visit. I don't anticipate that I will be fun but I have faith that I will be in good hands with people who want to help me to feel better and continue on the path to recovery. I feel very blessed. Thank you for letting me tell you some of the things that helped me feel such gratitude.
The staff was very friendly and helpful and Dr Arribas is very caring and explained in detail what he needed to do to help cure the infection I have developed from radiation.

Starting with the parking experience, to directions to the particular office, through the kindness of the office personnel, the professionalism of the Dr. and his trainee Dr., the shortness of the wait, the delivery of my car at the end of the visit, the experience was very good.
