Dr. Mansour and his team are a great care team. They're careful listeners, explain every detail, and ask if you have questions at the end of the visit. Dr. Mansour is incredibly knowledgeable and gives a multitude of resources for the care that you need. I was very impressed by the overall professionalism, and I would recommend him to everybody I know that needs care. Overall, Dr. Mansour is a great doctor, and he has an expansive knowledge base in the field that he's in. Dr. Mansour would be my top choice 10 out of 10 times. Thank you for the work that you do for keeping me healthy.
Dr. Mansour was wonderful, knowledgeable, and was able to help us. We trust him very much.
Dr. Mansour was absolutely fabulous. I loved him. He did great with bedside manners as well as diagnosis and expectations moving forward to make me feel confident in my child's care. However, the receptionist is not always very kind. It depends on who you get. And the wait time sometimes is long in the waiting area in order to get back for your appointment. So you do need to anticipate extra time for that. But again, loved Dr. Mansour. He was fabulous. Highly recommend him. Thank you for your service.
Thank you
I was very happy with the speed of getting into the room. After getting x-rays, everything was explained to us thoroughly and everyone that we dealt with was friendly.
Meeting with Dr. Mansour was great. He was able to answer all my questions and took the time to get to know me. I definitely feel a lot more comfortable moving into surgery in a couple of weeks.
Great experience
The entire team was phenomenal. Dr. Mansour is an outstanding surgeon, provided complete transparency in treatment options and outcomes, answered all questions thoroughly, and not only did he take the time to review imaging but also took into great consideration patient symptomology, which I truly appreciated.
Hands down - exceptional surgeon
Dr. Mansour and the entire care team at the Rockets Orthopedic Hospital were phenomenal. Our care was exceptional. Everybody was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure that we had the information we needed and were comfortable during the time. And my son had just excellent care. So very pleased and just felt like the care was very caring, compassionate, and personalized. Thank you.
Dr. Mansour and his team were great. He was very thorough, informative and personable.
The wait time was extremely long, especially for a 2 month old to sit in the waiting room. Our appt was at 1:30pm we weren't taken back to the room until after 2:30pm. The doctor was great as were the front desk staff but the wait was unacceptable.
Dr Mansour and staff were excellent.
Excellent care from all providers! Definitely worth the 4 hour drive.
Stephanie and Dr. Mansour were both wonderful. I liked how they involved my son (10 y/o) in the history taking and really engaged well with the him. This is our second care visit with Dr. Mansour, the last time being 4 years ago, and we came back to him for a reason! I fully trust my son's care to this team.
We appreciate the time the providers took with us and all of the information they provided
Dr. Mansour and all of the staff were kind, competent, and professional. I was very pleased with my office visit.
Grateful the office was able to work my son into an already full schedule to evaluate his knee fracture/injury. Staff was very personable and welcoming. The Dr and Resident were very knowledgeable and kind
This facility is beautiful and the staff Amazing!
Dr. Mansour is so professional, caring and compassionate! Thank you Doc.
Dr. Mansour and Dr. Crawford are amazing. I don't know what I would do without them. Thank you for taking care of my daughter/athlete.
Dr. Mansour and his entire staff has provided excellent customer service, efficient communication and excellent care.
Biggest waste of time and money for zero help
Dr. Mansour is the best!
Everyone was caring, knowledgeable, & professional!
We love Dr. Mansour. However, we waited 1.25 hrs to be seen and at no point were we told he was running behind or that we would have a wait.
[...] Service was excellent. We left pleased that the dr examined my [...] and we understood his injury. [..]
Dr Mansour and his team were friendly, thorough and professional.
Amazing. The entire team. From check- in to the casting room. Dr. Mansour was so incredibly kind and knowledgeable and reassuring.
We absolutely were thrilled with the visit, love the doctor, love the staff. Absolutely came away with a sense of relief that we had someone like the doctor, and his staff to be there for us, to take care of our baby girl. So, yes, we would recommend from the mountaintop this doctor and his staff. Can't wait to get the surgery done and our baby on the path to recovery. So, from our family, yes, thank you very much. Love you guys.
