Lexie M. Leriger, PA-C, received her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and then completed her physician assistant studies degree at University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 2017. She joined the UT Physicians Orthopedics Trauma team in 2020, after previously working with the UT Physicians Orthopedic Spine Surgery team.
Leriger is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and maintains active memberships with the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants.
When not seeing patients, she enjoys visiting family in the U.S. and Canada, playing and watching sports, and having game nights with family and friends whenever possible.

Yes, Lexi, who was the physician's assistant, was wonderful. She knew me from all my visits before. She's friendly, she's efficient, she's very knowledgeable, she's very caring. She and Dr. Warner work really great together and it was just a great visit and it was my last visit. I've been seeing them for a year and the healing of my elbow is just fantastic and I could not be happier with any doctor's office and Dr. Warner and Lexi.

Hi, I had great care experience and the provider answered all of my questions and the people at the front were very friendly and helpful and informative. The one area for improvement that I identified was getting associated documents filled out as an orthopedic clinic for surgery for people returning to work or getting handicap applications done. I would have appreciated some replies to my messages on my UTHealth or it would have been great to have been provided that application or have had some like it been provided by the office at my visit anticipating that I won't be able to drive for three weeks or a discharge even from the hospital would have been great since I wouldn't be able to drive for a month and a half at least and require a lot of assistance. I just thought it was a little bit strange that I had to wait, you know, 30 to 45 minutes to go to the back for my x-rays and then I didn't even get to see my doctor. There was no explanation as to why I did not see my doctor. And then they discharged me and said, okay, you're fine, we don't need to see you again. And I don't even, I didn't even get to see my doctor who's been treating me this whole time. It just seemed a little bit odd and I wasn't really happy with that. It just seemed very strange to me. I think it could have been handled better.
They were on time for my appointment I was in and out in a timely manner. Always very nice and always a good Experience. Thanks to everyone.

The care was exceptional. The doctors and all the staff was very professional. This care was out of my insurance network and they welcomed us because it was covered. Everything was perfect. I recommend the UT Physicians a 10 out of 10. Very professional.
