I can't say enough good things about Dr. Vidal. He changed my medication and that evening called me to ask how I was doing and that he had called my cardiologist regarding further treatment. Dr. Vidal did my ablation over one year ago and I haven't had any symptoms since.

I had a bad experience, NOT with Dr. Vidal, but with the staff. I have urinary urgency/frequency/incontinence problems and currently on medication for it. When I came for my appt, I asked to use their bathroom and they said it was out of order, so I said surely you have another bathroom. They said yes but it's not for patients. I begged to let me use it because I could no longer control my urinary urgency. They kept telling me to go down the hall (a long, long way from the clinic), and I said I can't wait that long. It took 3 staff personnel before they allowed me to enter the "out of order" patient bathroom. The only out of order problem with the bathroom is that there were no paper towels. It baffles me that there was no empathy to accommodate me, a disabled patient, to use their "sacred" non-patient bathroom (in fear of my spreading a disease?) I finally asked to have a doctor come out to help me and instead another staff person came out who finally said I could use the out of order bathroom. This isn't the UT family I loved and grew up with having worked at UT Medical School for 25 years. Oh, also, why don't the clinics have automatic doors that open for disabled patients? No one, other than another patient in the waiting room, came to help me enter the clinic. Thank you.
