I truly appreciate the generosity of Mr. Richard's kept me calm and relaxed with kind words. I thank him so much for his job.

I never met this doctor you're talking about. I met a nurse or a nurse practitioner type person and I never did see the doctor. And she was very nice. And the doctor's name I believe was Dr. Camel or Camel. I never saw him. Never once did he put his face in front of mine. Okay. Thank you.

The only thing I objected to was the doctor could have given my anesthesia a chance to work better because every injection hurt.

Super nice and friendly staff and medical team. We received more information about his care in the first 5 minutes of meeting with medical team than what we received in the 21 days he was in the hospital at McAllen medical center. We are very pleased with the care he has received in Houston.

I thought the support team was absolutely fantastic. The receptionist and techs/nurses were absolutely stellar and made me feel really taken care of. I was nervous about the procedure but the tech I think his name was [...] listened to me and eased my anxieties and even talked with me to distract me during the procedure. He was amazing. I wish I could say the same for the actual doctor who did the procedure. To start he was nearly 45 minutes late. This was communicated to me and I understand things happen but I never got an apology from the doctor directly for the delay. I never even saw his face. I was prepped and covered before he got in the room and he didn't make a point to introduce himself. He barely said hello to me before he got started. [...] introduced him, the doctor only spoke to me to ask "are you good" once and to say "almost done" and that was it. It honestly made me feel really uncomfortable and uncared for. The only thing that kept me from speaking up was how great [...] was at continuing to ask how I was doing and keep me distracted. I wasn't in pain thanks to the lidocaine but the procedure was absolutely not comfortable in the least bit. The doctor was very rough. I've debated calling and saying something but I didn't want to complain because I was just happy to get this procedure over and done with. I just wish I had felt more taken care of.

Professional and courteous

I actually thought I was seeing Dr. [...] who inserted the IVC filter in [...] and who is now scheduled to remove it on [...][...]. I misheard this Dr. name when he came in. I don't understand why I was seen by Dr. Aal. This feels very strange to me. He didn't tell me he was filling in for Dr. [...] or why.

Excellent service. The staff was very attentive at all moments. Of course I'd recommend this place. My dad said he definitely wants to return back here.
