On the recommendation part I put 9, because I saw her because Dr. Schroff wasn't available and I needed to see someone asap. She listened and answered my questions.
Thank for listening and validating my feeling. I appreciated the LVNs (forgive me if the title is incorrect) bedside manners.
I had very good medical and professional attention.
I had great experience
Both Dr. Allen Taylor and her nurse Six were thoughtful and considerate. I felt I could reach out to them with any further questions or concerns at any time.
I wanted more information/instructions about preparation for colonoscopy. The younger woman at the checkout was rude to everyone
I felt very cared for and I just felt like I got really good medical care and I just I've never been treated that way and it made me feel very special and knowing that I can get through this so I was greatly appreciative and look forward to coming back again and following up with you guys so that I can get well. Thank you so much for your time. Bye-bye.
I was greeted with kindness and attention by all the people I had to interact with, the interpreter service was ok, the place was clean and hygienic, thank you for your attention.
The staff was very courteous. They listened to my, everything I had to say about my health, and they gave me a response. They truly let me speak what was going on with my body, and they gave me a result.
It was nice and they made feel welcomed and unique. From the nurse [...] to the Np Abimbola, they treated me very well. I was initially nervous but they helped me stay calm and reduce my anxiety
I have nothing else to say. My provider explained everything to me.
I have faith that I will be cured with your help.
First time experiencing a long wait time and this facility. But overall the medical staff was good.
Thank you
It was a great first time visit. Definitely going back.
I was surprised. They talked to the person with me but not enough to me
Dr A nurse and [...] were both very helpful with my visit! Excellent job!
first time I went to this caregiver and everybody treated me great
I am a [...]-year-old male who understands the importance of timely colon cancer screening. The in-office consultation was scheduled over a month in advance. After the consultation, I did not receive a confirmed appointment for the colonoscopy and was informed that I would be contacted by the referred physician's office within two weeks. The time spent traveling to and waiting for the appointment significantly exceeded the duration of the actual consultation, consuming nearly half of a weekday. Given the lengthy process, I wonder if this consultation could have been efficiently conducted via Telehealth, followed by scheduling a confirmed colonoscopy appointment. While I appreciate the care provided and understand the numerous activities that need to be coordinated to make this happen, the time it took for a consultation felt excessive, and made me wonder if an in person consult was even necessary. I had a colonoscopy about 10 years ago. I hope that the lengthy lead time indicates more Houstonians are being screened. My (late) [...] was a [...] and I am keenly aware of the importance of screenings. I hope my feedback can help improve the scheduling and consultation process for future patients. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, [...]
Nurse practitioner and [...] is the best!! Very attentive and customer service oriented.

I've already shared my comments and concerns with you.
