On the recommendation part I put 9, because I saw her because Dr. Schroff wasn't available and I needed to see someone asap. She listened and answered my questions.

Both Dr. Allen Taylor and her nurse Six were thoughtful and considerate. I felt I could reach out to them with any further questions or concerns at any time.

I wanted more information/instructions about preparation for colonoscopy. The younger woman at the checkout was rude to everyone

The staff was very courteous. They listened to my, everything I had to say about my health, and they gave me a response. They truly let me speak what was going on with my body, and they gave me a result.

It was nice and they made feel welcomed and unique. From the nurse [...] to the Np Abimbola, they treated me very well. I was initially nervous but they helped me stay calm and reduce my anxiety

first time I went to this caregiver and everybody treated me great

I am a [...]-year-old male who understands the importance of timely colon cancer screening. The in-office consultation was scheduled over a month in advance. After the consultation, I did not receive a confirmed appointment for the colonoscopy and was informed that I would be contacted by the referred physician's office within two weeks. The time spent traveling to and waiting for the appointment significantly exceeded the duration of the actual consultation, consuming nearly half of a weekday. Given the lengthy process, I wonder if this consultation could have been efficiently conducted via Telehealth, followed by scheduling a confirmed colonoscopy appointment. While I appreciate the care provided and understand the numerous activities that need to be coordinated to make this happen, the time it took for a consultation felt excessive, and made me wonder if an in person consult was even necessary. I had a colonoscopy about 10 years ago. I hope that the lengthy lead time indicates more Houstonians are being screened. My (late) [...] was a [...] and I am keenly aware of the importance of screenings. I hope my feedback can help improve the scheduling and consultation process for future patients. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, [...]
