I had a phenomenal experience coming here. Dr. Aarti was so informative and did an amazing job counseling my husband and I. She followed our lead on how comfortable we were discussing things and how in depth we wanted to go. She explained things in a way we both understood, answered all of our questions thoughtfully and carefully, respected our decisions on what we wanted to do moving forward and never made me feel judged or pressured to do things a certain way. I was very nervous going into this appointment but left feeling so relieved and informed and that no matter what my testing showed I had a good advocate and team members on my side already.

The 45min call covered a lot of stuff that could have been shared offline (eg our family health history via survey). The more important and interesting stuff is the results, so wish we just jumped to that since we knew what we wanted. Aarti was very nice though, listened carefully and was cheerful. Looking forward to working with her further! Lastly, the web platform was very inconvenient- either couldn't recognize my speaker in Firefox or couldn't recognize my camera in Chrome. Seems it is a buggy app!
My experience is amazing, has been amazing thus far. Everyone has been real thorough, real patient, very informative on what they could give us, and I really appreciate everything.
