The office is frigid. Raise the thermostat.

Apr 3, 2025

Please, Dr. Abbas, do an online virtual meeting. I really would appreciate it, especially for my mom who can't, you know, walk too well. Okay, thank you.

Apr 3, 2025

Every technician, nurse and Dr. Abbas were very friendly and aware of their responsibilities to me and my health issue.

Apr 1, 2025

The only negative thing about the visit was having to wait for about an hour in the examining room after the nurse did my screening and EKG. No one updated me that the doctor was still with other patients or if I were to be up next. I am used to delays since Dr. Abbas is comprehensive and is very responsive to patients' questions, but an hour in the room by yourself with no update is a bit extreme.

Total professionalism in every area.

Mar 4, 2025

I think Dr Abbas is a wonderful doctor . I haven't felt this cared for in such a long time. I trust his medical ability more than any doctor I've seen in a long time. The staff from the moment you sign in to the ones in the back or also some of a great team of professional I have encountered in a long time. How refreshing

It was a pleasant experience and The Dr. And his staff was very knowledgeable about their work.

Jan 28, 2025

I am very confident in this Dr and practice.

Jan 27, 2025

The doctor was very good at explaining my plan of care going forward and very knowledable about my condition.

Jan 23, 2025

I was requested to arrive 20 minutes prior to my appointment, yet I waited over an hour after check-in to see the doctor. My time is valuable, and I did not appreciate the extended wait, exceeding 30 minutes, in an uncomfortable waiting area.

Jan 16, 2025

Excellent

Jan 16, 2025

I appreciate how he listen like I am the most important patient he has.

Jan 16, 2025

I know Mr. Abbas almost 4 years. I used to go so many times hospital since I'm seeing him. He prescribed me good medicine almost 3 years. I never been in hospital. He knows what he's doing. Thank you Mr. Abbas. Hopefully stay with him long long time.

I am very happy with the level of care. Dr. Abbas is amazing, very good bedside manner, very good at explaining what's going on in a complicated diagnosis for me. And I also want to thank Nurse Yanira. She does a great job as well. Thank you so much for taking care of me.

Jan 9, 2025

This was my first visit and it was exceptional. Everyone was very kind and cheerful (in spite of the very cold weather). I was notified three time about my wait time to see the doctor. Outstanding care!

Jan 2, 2025

Waiting time is always good. The staff are always very cordial and friendly. And Dr. Abbas remembers me from time to time without a lot of repeating what I've been through. He knows what I've been through and he's always right on top of my case.

Jan 2, 2025

Dr. Abbas came very highly recommended by Dr. David Callendar. Both my husband and l have been very pleased since we started seeing him over a year ago.

20 minutes late

Dr. Abbas listens, makes recommendations to improve health without pushing any particular agenda. Takes it one step at a time.

Dr. Abbas is amazing. I have recommended him to several people.

Dec 10, 2024

I was left to wait in the waiting room for 1 hour and 5 minutes. I went to ask the desk why all of the people that came in after me had already been seen and left and the receptionist said "wait" and went to the back. She came out and said they were on their way up to get me. On the way back I told the nurse I was not pleased about having to wait an hour just to be called back. She told me that the lady at the front desk forgot about me and apologized. How this happened I do not know as the lady at the front desk made eye contact with me multiple times and I was the only one in the waiting area. She was busy on her phone though. Maybe I should have said something earlier but the other 2 times I have seen this doctor I waited in the patient room for over an hour (not okay either) so I came to expect it. Timing definitely needs to be worked on. The doctor is knowledgeable and I really like and trust him. The nurses are also kind and apologetic for my lengthy waits but bottom line is like you all, my time is valuable. I run a school and need to tend to my responsibilities just like you . This needs to be addressed. I am considering other options at this time which I hate
