UT Physicians Pediatric Center Cardiology clinics are staffed by highly trained specialists who are faculty members with the UTHealth Houston Children’s Heart Institute. The team offers comprehensive cardiac services for fetal interventions (before and after birth) and care for babies, children, and adolescents.
Our interdisciplinary team includes pediatric and congenital heart surgeons, cardiologists, CT/MRI specialists, electrophysiologists, echocardiologists, advanced care providers, and pediatric anesthesiologists.
The co-executive directors of the UTHealth Houston Children’s Heart Institute are Jorge Salazar, MD, and Jon Meliones, MD.
All surgeries are performed at Children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital.
