Physiatrists plan treatment based on a thorough evaluation of the patient’s medical history, a comprehensive physical exam, review of diagnostic testing (x-rays, CT scans, MRIs, laboratory testing and/or electrodiagnostic exams). Advanced technologies and treatments include ultrasound and fluoroscopy guided injection services, electromyography (EMG) and other interventional pain procedures.
For office appointments, the clinic is located at 5420 West Loop South, Suite 2100 (second floor) at the Memorial Hermann Orthopedic and Spine Hospital Professional Building.
