Staffed with board-certified physicians with specialized training, the clinic offers comprehensive services in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with joint pain, spine pain, and musculoskeletal/sports-related injuries.
Physiatrists plan treatment based on a thorough evaluation of the patient’s medical history, a comprehensive physical exam, review of diagnostic testing (x-rays, CT scans, MRIs, laboratory testing and/or electrodiagnostic exams). Advanced technologies and treatments include ultrasound and fluoroscopy guided injection services, electromyography (EMG), regenerative medicine (PRP) and other interventional pain procedures.
For office appointments, the clinic is located at 5420 West Loop South, Suite 1100 (first floor), at the Memorial Hermann Orthopedic and Spine Hospital Professional Building. For procedure appointments, please proceed to the main hospital (Memorial Hermann Orthopedic and Spine Hospital), at 5410 West Loop South. Please look for the surgery waiting area on the first floor to be checked in for your procedure.
There is free parking and a complimentary valet service on the surface lot and garage.
