If you had any type of physical, speech, occupation, and aquatic therapy at Memorial Hermann, you should receive a call from their scheduling department within two weeks. After two weeks, please feel free to call TIRR Memorial Hermann at 713-797-5942 or Memorial Hermann Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation at 713-521-0020.

If you were referred to another subspecialty/provider, we will provide you a copy of the referral and their contact number. We will fax the referral directly to the provider, as well as your medical records. If you do not receive a call within 48 hours, please call them directly.

The department will contact you within 24-48 hours to schedule an echocardiogram and heart monitor procedure. If you do not receive a call, please call them directly at 832-325-7099.

For your doppler study, it is performed in the clinic and a medical assistant will contact you within 24-48 hours to schedule an appointment.

Call your pharmacy for refill requests and your pharmacy will contact the clinic.

Please allow one week for your results of any testing. The provider or medical assistant will contact you with abnormal results.
